Holman Enterprises seeks an Assistant Service Advisor at AutoPark Honda in Cary, NC. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and educate on options, acting as a bridge between customers and technicians. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work within a team.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
• Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Provide administrative support to Service Advisors.
• Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent.
• Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor.
• Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position.
• Ability to work Saturday.
