Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Active Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 66, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Support Professionals.
• Execute business and service functions within assigned branches.
• Facilitate communication and training for Service Professionals.
• Partner with Market Sales and Risk teams to ensure execution across business functions.
• Lead branches in executing strategic priorities through coaching and behavioral change.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses, budget tracking, and forecasting.
• Report to the Market Business Service Officer and directly manage Support Professionals.
