Successful candidates will have 1+ years in retail leadership, the ability to mentor staff and manage daily tasks to meet sales goals, while maintaining a customer-centric environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds).
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and evaluating staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience.
