Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store staff in delivering sales, service and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment in Northern Kentucky.

You will coach, communicate priorities, and model corporate values while maintaining brand standards. You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members, ensure scheduling aligns with initiatives, and leverage store data to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals as manager on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and foster inclusive store environment.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and customer service expectations.
• Ensure store is visually set to brand standards and execute marketing initiatives.
