HydraForce offers an engineering internship program designed to develop future resources for our Service, Quality and Sales Engineering groups. Interns gain hands-on experience with 8D problem solving, data tracking, and hydraulic analysis.
Responsibilities include supporting service engineers, building dashboards (Power BI), and performing root cause analysis on customer claims, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects and hands-on hydraulic testing.
The goal of HydraForce's internship program is to develop future engineering resources for our organization while providing support to our Service, Quality and Sales Engineering groups. We structure the engineering internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry-level engineering position upon graduation.

The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $28 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process.
