Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Service Engineer Apprentice/Trainee in Tempe, AZ to join the service organization. You will support customer machine service, installation, and relocation activities while learning through structured training and hands-on work.

Ideal candidates have mechanical curiosity and strong communication skills for customer-facing environments, with travel to customer sites and possible international assignments as part of the program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical aptitude expected.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for service tasks.
• Professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally with passport.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to repair, install, and move machines.
• Complete classroom, factory, and online coursework with 80%+.
• Shadow Service Engineers on site visits and during service calls.
• Learn through observation and hands-on assistance during engagements.
• Progress through a 2-year apprentice program toward certification.
