ConServ Building Services, LLC in the Tampa Bay area is urgently hiring experienced electricians. Earn $26–$30/hour with weekly pay and a robust benefits package.

This on-site role offers a take-home company vehicle, gas card, and opportunities to advance to Lead Tech, Supervisor, or Management. We provide uniforms, PPE, tool account after 60 days, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Must have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong organizational and written/spoken communication skills.
• Willingness to be available for 24-hour emergency service.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform underground, wall, and ceiling rough-ins; terminate boxes; assemble panels; wire sizing and troubleshooting.
• Install panel boards, service disconnects, and shutdowns; ensure NEC compliance and proper wiring methods.
• Lead a crew, manage multiple personalities, and coordinate with office staff; maintain daily paperwork.
• Travel may be required.

What you will be doing

• Perform underground rough-ins, wall rough-ins, ceiling rough-ins, terminate junction boxes, and make-up panels, knowledge of wire pulling procedures, circuitry and troubleshooting.
• Install of panel boards, service disconnects and shutdowns, knowledge of NEC, wire and conduit sizing, box fills, alternate materials, and all installation procedures.
• Able to run a crew, manage multiple personalities effectively, promote team-work, communicate with office personnel, and maintain daily paperwork.
• Some travel may be required

What you need for this position

• Seeking a minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial electrical experience
• Must have a clean driving record in order to operate a company vehicle.
• Must have good organizational skills, written and communication skills.
• Must be willing to be available for 24 hour emergency service.
• Ability to climb and work off ladders, climb extension ladders to roof.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, to extend arms over head to facilitate installation of product.
• Able to read Blueprints
• OSHA 10 preferred
