Job summary

ConServ Building Services in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician. This role involves servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems while offering competitive pay rates ranging from $28-$45/hour and a signing bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• On Call rotation of 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
