Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is urgently hiring HVACR Commercial Lead Installers to read drawings, lay out ductwork, install sheet metal, and coordinate with other trades to complete projects on time.

We seek candidates with 4+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, refrigeration knowledge, and OSHA familiarity; ability to pass background and drug tests is required. Benefits include bonuses, vehicle support, and comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• Reading drawings, scopes & equipment submittals.
• Knowledge of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections.
• Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job.
• Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades.
• Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and submittals to prepare installations.
• Estimate pricing and do material takeoffs.
• Coordinate with other trades during duct layout and installation.
• Hang and install ductwork, exhaust fans, dampers, and air devices.
• Perform copper brazing and equipment startup tasks.
• Maintain daily communication of work completed via company tablet.

What you will be doing:

• Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes & equipment submittals
• Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections
• Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job
• Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades
• Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices
• Measuring & drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered
• Hanging/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units & other mechanical equipment
• Hanging of copper, PVC & piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate & CHW piping
• Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap
• Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices
• Copper brazing and equipment startup
• Daily communication of work completed through company tablet

What you need for this position:

• 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade
• Must have EPA certification
• Refrigeration knowledge
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Able to work independently
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass an on site drug test
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
