Asbury in Fort Worth seeks a Service Valet/Porter to greet arriving service customers and check them in for appointments. You will move vehicles between the service drive and shop and assist the Service Advisor while staying organized and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information at drop-off when possible.
• Assist service team to keep the service drive organized and efficient.
• Move vehicles safely between drive and shop in line with procedures.
• Retain keys and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Pass CS and dealership standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and collect vehicle details.
• Help the Service Advisor while keeping the service drive organized.
• Move customer vehicles from drive to shop following safety rules.
• Maintain keys per safeguard policies and record handoffs.
• Build positive relationships with teammates and other departments.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth operations and CSI objectives.
