Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
• Inside or outside sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to work retail shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers visiting the Service Department to build relationships and identify opportunities to purchase their vehicle.
• Explain options clearly and create acquisition opportunities for the dealership.
• Engage service customers while their vehicles are serviced and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and current promotions enthusiastically.
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate vehicle options.
• Track daily activities, appointments, and performance metrics.
