Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
• Inside or Outside Sales experience is a plus.
• Self-motivation and a desire to succeed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Have a valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with service customers and identify opportunities to purchase their vehicles.
• Explain vehicle options, benefits, and promotions clearly and enthusiastically.
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate vehicle options.
• Learn the automotive business and stay up to date on product changes.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Track daily activities, appointments, and performance metrics.
