Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru in Valencia, CA is seeking a motivated Subaru Trade Up Specialist to engage service drive customers, identify upgrade and trade-in opportunities, and create a seamless, customer-first experience.

In this full-time role, you will present Trade Up options based on each customer's needs, assist with appraisals and trade-ins, and generate appointments through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn vehicle appraisal, trade-in, and sales processes.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage service drive customers to identify Subaru trade-in and upgrade opportunities.
• Educate customers on selling, trading, or upgrading their vehicle options.
• Present Trade Up opportunities based on customer needs and current vehicle.
• Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in evaluations (training provided).
• Generate appointments through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
• Follow up consistently with customers and prospects to maximize opportunities.
• Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Work with sales and service teams to develop Trade Up opportunities.
• Follow dealership policies and applicable legal/compliance requirements.

Valencia, CA | Full-Time Jerry Seiner Valencia Subaru is seeking a motivated Subaru Trade Up Specialist to join our growing dealership team. This role focuses on engaging service drive customers, identifying vehicle upgrade and trade-in opportunities, and creating a seamless, customer-first experience.

Compensation (California Pay Transparency)

$40,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

Compensation includes base pay plus commission and performance-based incentives. Total earnings are directly tied to customer engagement, appointments set, vehicle acquisitions, and completed vehicle exchanges.
