Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them to the right person or location
• Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage during check-in (walk around)
• Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles as needed
• Parks vehicles after they have been written up and retrieves them at cashier for pickup
• Maintains a clean, safe service drive area free of trash and debris
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Produces key tags for vehicles and ensures a professional appearance
