Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
• Records customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Controls service traffic flow, parking and assists with loaner vehicles; parks vehicles after write-up.
• Drives safely and reports any lot damage; maintain zero lot damage as a goal.
• Retrieves customer vehicles at cashier for pickup and thanks customers for their business.
• Installs disposable seat/steering wheel/floor mat covers and I.D. tags in serviced vehicles.
• Delivers keys and repair order copies to the Service Advisor after parking.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area.
• Drives vehicles to/from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles and maintains professional appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned and follows all safety policies.
• To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
