Job summary

Champion Porsche's Service Department is seeking an experienced Valet/Porter to greet customers and direct service advisors while moving vehicles safely around campus. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include greeting customers, protecting vehicles with coverings, keeping the lot organized, and assisting with loaners and vehicle pickup.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of previous work experience (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Well-groomed and positive appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct customers to service advisors or locations.
• Move and park vehicles as directed by the Service Drive Manager.
• Install disposable protective coverings for vehicles brought in for service.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers and thank them for their business.
• Assist with loaner vehicles and final inspections as needed.

Champion Porsche's Service Department is seeking to add an experienced Valet/Porter to our Team. The Valet/Porter is responsible for greeting customers with a friendly disposition and directing the appropriate service advisors and moving vehicles in a safe manner to their desired location on campus. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn. We are looking for people who are driven, confident and customer-orientated with a desire to excel.

Responsibilities:

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate service advisor or location.
• Installs disposable protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Drive Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle and thanking customers for their business.
• Make management aware of any problems that arise on final inspection to ensure any problems are corrected prior to delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
• Helps with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after they have been written up.
• Operate customer and dealership owned vehicles safely and with the utmost care.
• Perform other duties as assigned
