Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly with a warm, professional attitude.
• Welcome customers to the service drive and identify visit reason.
• Direct customers to the correct Service Advisor or department.
• Assist with organizing vehicles entering and leaving the service area.
• Place protective coverings and service materials as needed in vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive.
• Keep Service Advisors informed when customers arrive.
• Assist customers in locating their vehicles after service.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely when authorized.
• Answer general questions and provide dealership directions.
• Support the service team during busy periods.
• Represent Tim Moran Ford Hemet with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
