Job summary

MAP Automotive is seeking a friendly, proactive service associate to greet customers in the service area and direct them to the right person. You will record customer details, keep the service drive clean, and help manage traffic flow and parking.

You will also assist service advisors, wash vehicles, gas cars as needed, and ensure adherence to service processes while maintaining a professional appearance and a safety-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Able to multitask and move quickly.
• Punctual and professional in conduct.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Assists service advisors when needed
• Clean and wash customer cars and loaner fleet
• Adhere to all customer service processes
• Gas vehicles as needed
• Maintain & cleanthe car wash bay and service shop
