Job summary

Tim Moran Ford Hemet is seeking a friendly Service Greeter who will be the first impression for customers in our service drive. You will greet guests, identify visit reasons, and direct them to the correct service area while keeping the drive organized and safe.

The ideal candidate is upbeat, reliable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. Automotive experience is helpful but not required, and a positive attitude is essential for success in our fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dealership, hospitality, valet, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly with a warm and professional attitude.
• Welcome customers to the service drive and help identify the reason for their visit.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
• Assist with organizing vehicles entering and leaving the service area.
• Place protective coverings, identification tags, or other service materials in vehicles as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive.
• Keep Service Advisors informed when customers arrive.
• Assist customers with locating their vehicles after service is completed.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely when authorized.
• Help answer general questions and provide directions throughout the dealership.
• Support the service team with additional duties during busy periods.
• Represent Tim Moran Ford Hemet with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude.
