Fields Jaguar Land Rover Northfield is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet customers and coordinate service appointments. You will handle inquiries, route calls, and perform basic clerical tasks to support a smooth dealership operation.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work every Saturday.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally in-person & on the phone
• Create and set appointments for service
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
• Maintain office supplies for a specific location
