Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and stage vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and bays.
• Welcome customers and assist Service Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Inspect arrivals for damage, apply protective covers, and prep vehicles for pickup.
• Keep the service drive, valet lanes, and reception areas clean and organized.
• Assist with preparing and managing loaner fleet and shuttle vehicles.
• Retrieve parts and support technicians with staging and errands.
