Job summary

Swickard Honda of Gladstone is seeking a Service Drive Assistant to support the service operation with phones, cashiering, loaner paperwork, and drive coverage. You will help guests smoothly navigate vehicle pickup while maintaining accurate records and communicating clearly with advisors and guests.

Ideal candidates bring friendly, professional phone manners, attention to detail on documents, and the ability to multitask between desk work and service drive duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative, hospitality, or front-desk roles.
• Clear, friendly, and professional phone communication.
• Detail-oriented with paperwork (loaner agreements, we-owes, and cashiering).
• Calm under pressure; shifts between desk work and drive coverage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service department phone calls and direct guests to the right advisor.
• Process guest payments at the cashier at vehicle pickup.
• Complete loaner vehicle agreements and maintain accurate loaner records.
• Process we-owe agreements and track outstanding commitments.
• Cover for service advisors during breaks and peak periods to support guest flow.
• Move vehicles on and off the service drive and prepare them for pickup.
• Retrieve finished vehicles from the lot and keep the drive clear.
