Job summary

Honda of Watertown is looking for a friendly and dependable Service Drive Coordinator to greet customers at the service drive and ensure a smooth handoff to a Service Advisor. The role includes confirming appointments, collecting basic visit information, and coordinating vehicle movement in the lot and service area.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, has a valid driver's license with a clean record, and presents professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and directs them as needed.
• Verifies customer appointments and gathers relevant information (name, VIN, mileage, etc.).
• Assists with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after write-up.
• Performs vehicle inspections, notes conditions, and tags vehicles brought in for service.
• Delivers keys and repair orders to the appropriate personnel or area.
• Retrieves vehicles for customers at pickup and thanks them for their business.
• Helps maintain a clean, safe service area and perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintains clean vehicles and inventory, following safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
