Job summary

Ultimate Air, Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatcher to join a fast-paced team. You will answer calls, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with field technicians to keep customers and crews on track.

Responsibilities include maintaining technician schedules, providing logistics support, and updating customers on progress. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with potential OT; compensation ranges $20–$25 per hour, plus benefits such as medical insurance for the employee and a Simple IRA with match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Professional telephone skills.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule service maintenance, commercial service agreements, or sales appointments for Sales Consultants.
• Maintain work schedules for field technicians and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Provide logistical support to technicians and communicate progress to customers.
• Data entry on incoming work orders and administrative tasks.
