Job summary

Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a dispatcher to join our Springfield-based team. You will manage incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritize based on urgency, and coordinate field technicians to optimize schedules and time utilization.

Qualifications include dispatcher experience (preferred), strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. A background check and drug screen will be required as part of our screening process.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information as necessary.
• Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency.
• Monitor field technicians in order to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time.
• Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines.
• Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information as necessary.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Must have weekend availability
• Will require some weekends and evenings
