Job summary

Toyotaofredlands is seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher for our rapidly expanding dealership group. This entry-level position offers a foot in the door to the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include dispatching repair orders to technicians, writing internal repair orders, coordinating with service advisors and team members, and making outbound calls to obtain prepaid maintenance authorizations. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• General familiarity with a variety of automobiles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test.

The Service Dispatcher Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $12.00.
