Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Sentry is one of the busiest Ford and Lincoln service departments in New England and our dispatcher is a key member of our team. If you like to be busy, this may be a good fit!!

The Automotive Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient coordination and scheduling of automotive service appointments and technician assignments. This position serves as the communication hub between customers, service technicians, and management, facilitating timely and accurate dispatch of service calls. The primary goal is to optimize service delivery by managing workloads, prioritizing urgent repairs, and maintaining clear communication channels. The dispatcher is responsible for tracking service progress, updating customers on status, and resolving any scheduling conflicts or delays. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the automotive service department.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role within the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Monday through Friday 6:45AM-5:30PM plus one Saturday per month
