Campbell, Inc. in Northwood, OH, is seeking a Service Dispatcher to keep HVAC service teams scheduled and customers informed. This on-site role requires clear communication and strong organizational skills to move daily service activity forward.

You will coordinate between technicians, customers and leadership, dispatch technicians, update customer records, and provide timely updates on schedules and lead times. Experience in dispatching or HVAC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, customer service or project management preferred.
• Working knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus.
• 3+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and adjust daily schedules for Service Technicians.
• Dispatch technicians as service calls are completed.
• Coordinate return visits with customers when parts become available.
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the database.
• Communicate scheduling and requested lead times clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Keep department managers and employees informed of scheduling changes.
• Provide customers with timely updates on service schedules and expected lead times.
• Balance changing priorities while keeping technicians and customers on track.

Service Dispatcher

Campbell, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned commercial HVAC mechanical contractor with more than 100 employees. We serve customers throughout Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan, including Toledo, Ann Arbor, Cleveland and Findlay. With a strong reputation built on quality, integrity and superior performance, we provide industrial HVAC service to customers across the region.

We are looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our Northwood team. This is a key role within our service department, responsible for keeping technicians efficiently scheduled, customers informed and daily service activity moving forward. Candidates with HVAC industry experience are especially encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As the Service Dispatcher, you'll be at the center of the daily service operation, coordinating between technicians, customers and department leadership. You'll need to stay organized, respond quickly as schedules change and communicate clearly to keep the department running smoothly.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Pay:

$26–$28 per hour, based on experience
