This is a full-time, in-person position based in Sanford, FL. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of dispatcher experience in HVAC or facility services, strong customer service skills, and proficient use of CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and submit accurate proposals and bids.
• Track orders from placement through fulfillment.
