Job summary

HW Staffing co is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to join a well-established HVAC/R service company in Deer Park, NY. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a pay rate of $25.00 per hour, with potential for temp-to-hire conversion.

The dispatcher will coordinate field technicians, communicate with customers, and keep the service department running smoothly by entering data, maintaining schedules, and supporting payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Previous service dispatching experience required.
• HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical service experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily service calls for HVAC/R field technicians.

• Maintain accurate technician schedules and service records.
• Update timesheets for weekly payroll.

• Assist with changes to the daily schedule and help resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Perform additional administrative and dispatching duties as needed.

Compensation
