Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other residential home services is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Office) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities without losing track of details.
• A confident, clear voice on the phone with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

Service Dispatcher

$21-$23 hourly + incentives | Camp Hill, PA

Are you organized, quick-thinking, and good at keeping people and schedules moving? Pronto Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drain is looking for a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily service activity, support field technicians, and help deliver a smooth and reliable customer experience.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action. You'll balance technician availability, customer needs, changing priorities, and the unexpected challenges that come with a busy residential service operation. We're looking for someone who can stay composed, communicate clearly and often with our customers, and keep the day moving when things don't go exactly as planned.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, location, availability, skill set, and customer needs
• Adjust quickly for delays, cancellations, emergencies, and changing priorities
• Proactively keep customers informed of upcoming appointments, technician arrival times, and schedule updates
• Answer and document inbound customer calls and service requests with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor the schedule throughout the day and respond quickly to delays, cancellations, and emergency service needs, coordinating closely with technicians
• Keep managers informed and volunteer suggestions to improve scheduling efficiency, workflow, and the overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another residential home services environment is required
• ServiceTitan software experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities without losing track of the details
• A confident, clear presence and voice on the phone with customers and technicians
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust schedules quickly as the day changes
• A self-driven, reliable team member who takes ownership, follows through, and helps keep the team accountable

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with either a 7:00 or 8:00 AM start time. 4 Day Workweek arrangements possible. Some overtime may be needed to support after-hours service needs and will be paid accordingly.
