The Service Dispatcher is responsible for organising and adjusting the daily workflow for our field technicians, ensuring service calls are assigned appropriately, schedules are maintained, and customers and technicians are kept informed. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
