Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners and retailers to coordinate areas and status of work orders.
• Contact homeowners to advise progress and refer to warranty timelines.
• Assign technicians to homeowners within geographic location.
• Write work orders for service technicians and contractors.
• Attach decor pages and schematics as needed to complete repairs.
• Arrange parts delivery and route to technicians.
• Finalize work orders and close out in the system (Deacom).
• Coordinate and prioritize work orders with the Service Manager and team.
• Review completed work orders for quality and completeness.
