Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a Service Support Agent to coordinate with customers and service technicians to schedule visits, confirm warranties, and prepare invoices upon completion.

Under supervision, you will work with accounts receivable, manage vendor coordination for regions without Johnson technicians, and ensure timely communications and accurate warranty claims.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or scheduling experience.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service visits and coordinate with customers and technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Assist in the collections process for service work.
• Coordinate with 3rd party service providers when Johnson technicians are unavailable.
• Ensure warranty approvals and accurate invoicing are processed.
