Job summary

SWAN Loveland is seeking a Dispatcher to be the central hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team in Loveland, CO. You will coordinate technicians, handle inquiries, and ensure service appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a call center or dispatch role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. HVAC/plumbing/electrical service experience is a plus. Office-based role with company benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years call center experience, dispatch experience preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or service-based industry familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Service Requests: schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Communication Point: main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Problem-solving: address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: real-time schedule optimization.
• Record-Keeping: maintain records of service requests and incidents.
• Emergency Response: coordinate emergency response when necessary.
• Resource Allocation: ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaboration: work with other departments to improve service delivery.
