DIGCO, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to support daily field operations in Houston. You will coordinate 100+ field technicians, handle calls from customers and technicians, and ensure timely completion of work orders using SAP and mapping tools.

This role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Dispatching, call center, or admin experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers; nhanh learning of software systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently; multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch daily work orders for 100+ field technicians using dispatching and mapping software.
• Answer incoming calls from customers, technicians, supervisors, and management.
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, and software systems to ensure timely execution of work orders.
• Monitor technician schedules and make adjustments throughout the day as needs change.
• Create, update, and manage service orders using SAP and other company software platforms.
• Utilize mapping and routing tools to efficiently assign work and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and operations teams to meet service level expectations.
• Prioritize urgent requests and resolve scheduling conflicts professionally.
• Support daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvements.
