Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year of customer service experience including computer work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist walk-in customers.
• Maintain customer accounts in the ADDS E3 system and update logs.
• Handle clerical tasks: inventory control, accounts payable/receivable, postings, price changes, payments and deposits.
• Learn all departments, products, services and delivery schedules.
• Participate in annual market objectives and promotional programs.
• Cross-train with office staff and assist as needed.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying and shredding.
