Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians with efficient routing and scheduling.
• Debrief after service calls and overnight issues.
• Maintain and update the dispatch board; review schedules 2–3 days ahead.
• Notify customers of delays and rescheduling as needed.
• Keep accurate customer history and site details in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and management to support profitability.
