Qualifications

• Three years general office or two years Administrative Assistant experience.
• Two years Customer Service experience.
• Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented but with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS 365.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma or proof of GED equivalent.
• Successful in passing clerical aptitude assessment with at least a score of 80% as well as typing 40 WPM.
• The pre-hire aptitude assessment and typing test must be completed on a regular scheduled testing date and location prior to the posting close date. A score of 80% and 40 WPM are required to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Receives and dispatches trouble calls to line crews, field personnel and servicemen.
• Assists in scheduling work to field personnel and crews.
• Prepares or checks crew time reports, mileage reports, disability reports, material issue tickets and other reports.
• Performs payroll preparation, work orders, maintains compliance reports and records and other data entry.
• Analyzes operating accounts, reviews job costs and assists in budgets.
