HARP Home Services in Windsor, CT is hiring a Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians. The role focuses on route optimization, customer calls, and accurate ticket entry, with an emphasis on professional communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred).
• A professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react.
• Able to think on your feet to provide customers with needed information for their installation or repair.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn scheduling/dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service, Electrical, and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes.
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter all ticket information correctly in the computer system.
