Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a National Accounts Customer Service Specialist to coordinate service for large gas stations. You will deploy technicians or subcontractors to sites with focused SLA targets and collaborate with branch managers, the supply chain, and the customer care center to ensure high uptime for customers.

The role requires in-office work in a schedule that includes Sundays 12-9pm and Mondays–Thursdays 2-11pm, with a pay rate of $21–$23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch is preferred.
• Typing speed 35 wpm with high accuracy.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; negotiations experience.
• Must meet employment requirements including background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Learn and stay current with the National Account Gas Station SOPs.
• Build productive relationships with subcontractors, management, and dispatchers.
• Create work orders to support rapid first visit site restoration or timely revisit resolution.
• Document subcontractor check-in/check-out and completion of work orders.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and branch/service managers on active service work orders.
• Assess delays due to workload or technician availability and adjust as needed.
• Evaluate work orders to reassign to secondary contractors to meet SLA.
• Communicate SLA deviations to customers and sites when required.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to expedite parts and redeploy technicians.
