Sonic Automotive’s Honda of Stevens Creek dealership seeks a Service Director to lead fixed-operations across one or more locations. You will oversee Service, Parts and Scheduling to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring OEM and Sonic standards are met.

Strong leadership and financial acumen are required. Responsibilities include coaching managers, implementing KPIs, managing vendor relations, and driving improvements in CSI, throughput, and retention.

Qualificações

• 7+ years progressive fixed-operations experience in automotive dealerships.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage Service and Parts P&L targets and drive revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and coaches service managers, advisors, and technicians.
• Implements operational best practices and KPIs across service and parts.
• Manages vendor and warranty relationships.
• Controls costs and parts inventory.
• Drives CSI, throughput, and retention improvements.
