Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a Service Director to lead our Biloxi service team in Mississippi. The ideal candidate will bring a self-starting attitude, strong customer communication, and the ability to motivate a team while handling multiple priorities.

Retail experience is essential, and a college degree is preferred. We offer salary plus commission, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life coverage, 401k, disability, and advancement opportunities in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in both management and automotive and/or heavy truck service.
• Retail experience essential.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• College graduate preferred; work experience considered in lieu of education.
