Job summary

Badger Meter, a global water technology leader, seeks a Service Desk Supervisor to lead the day-to-day IT Service Desk operations and deliver exceptional end-user support across the organization.

You will supervise Service Desk staff, manage incidents and service requests, monitor SLAs, and develop escalation procedures while partnering with infrastructure, security and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.

Qualifications

• Assoc./B.S. in IT or related field preferred.
• 5+ years IT support/Service Desk experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor and develop Service Desk staff; foster a customer-centric environment.
• Establish schedules, priorities, and workload to ensure adequate support coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and coordinate onboarding/training for new staff.
