Job summary

KSL Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, seeks an IT Service Desk Specialist in Denver. The role supports over 150 workstations across multiple offices, handling Windows and Apple devices, software deployment, and account access.

You will resolve user issues, manage onboarding and security tooling enrollment, and collaborate across time zones. The position is in-office with standard hours and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset to serve

Qualifications

• White-glove Service Desk experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 11 and Office 365 apps.
• Knowledge of Entra ID/Active Directory and user access management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center.
• Familiarity with MFA tools (e.g., DUO) and MFA issues.
• Strong networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Ability to own tasks and manage multiple requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II service desk support for Windows and Apple environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software failures and identify root causes.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of user devices.
• Prioritize tickets and route to higher-level staff when needed.
• Manage user accounts, access, and password/MFA resolution.
• Support onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning and security tools enrollment.
• Document processes and update knowledge base.
• Assist in evaluating software to meet user requirements.
• Apply company policies to tasks and maintain security standards.
