VNE is seeking two TS/SCI Cleared Service Desk Specialists. Minimum Qualifications:
The role involves providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and guiding users through problem-solving as the first point of contact for IT issues.
The contractor will maintain engineering knowledge, develop documentation supporting the Systems Engineering Technical Process, and ensure compliance with DoD and other applicable policies. Documentation includes Systems Engineering Plans, Safety Evaluations, Test Strategies, and more.
