Opti Staffing Group is hiring a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator in Clackamas, OR for a full-time role that blends dispatching, scheduling, and invoicing to keep service operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate technicians, manage work orders in ServiceTitan, and communicate with customers about scheduling changes. The position requires strong organization and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and professional customer interactions.
• Attention to detail in work orders and invoicing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple portals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on availability and location.
• Create work orders and manage service requests in ServiceTitan.
• Monitor daily schedules and adjust appointments for emergencies or delays.
• Communicate with customers and technicians about appointments and updates.
• Review completed orders and prepare customer invoices.
• Track outstanding jobs and ensure timely billing.
• Coordinate shop repairs, equipment servicing, and parts availability.
• Support vendor documentation and insurance certificates.
• Provide general administrative support and cross-department coordination.
