Key Role

  1. Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications.

  4. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
  5. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with focus in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Experience working in a service desk environment
  • Experience leading and coaching a service desk team
  • Experience with cloud-based services support and data analysis
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with DCS or ZT principles

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation: The projected salary range is $86,900 to $198,000 annually, with full benefits as described.
