Are you passionate about streamlining contract processes and collaborating across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Service teams? We're growing fast—and we're looking for a Deal Desk Manager / Contract Analyst to help us scale with excellence.

In this role, you'll lead our service contracting process from end to end, ensuring consistency, compliance, and speed while driving improvements across the contract lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle contract workflows—from deal review through execution
• Standardize and maintain service contract templates and enforce contract policies
• Review deal terms for alignment with legal standards, risk posture, and commercial goals
• Track contract obligations, expirations, and renewals
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure contracts match service capabilities
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Provide actionable contract data and insights to support executive decision-making

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in contract management, deal desk, or similar roles (ideally in building services, construction, or a service-based industry)
• Strong understanding of SLAs, commercial terms, risk clauses, and compliance standards
• Experience with platforms like Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce CPQ
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
