We are looking for a Service Desk Lead to own and operate Garner’s IT service desk and day-to-day SaaS administration. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that combines technical support leadership with ITSM platform ownership. The role is focused on incident management, request fulfillment, and continuous improvement in a high-growth, compliance-driven environment.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for IT support, oversee day-to-day operations in Freshservice, and ensure that Garner’s team receives fast, reliable, and secure tech support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys improving service delivery, streamlining workflows, and proactively managing IT operations at scale.
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The target salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
